Born 20.5.1988 at Kogarah, NSW at 6.30am. I know this because my dad was outraged that I got him up so early. Moved to Sydney to Inverell at age 6. From there to Nelson Bay at age 10. Current year 12 student at Tomaree High school, Salamander Bay NSW. Yes, about to sit HSC. Very excited. Not. Will spend 2006 in Denmark on Rotary Exchange Program. Intend to study drama from 2007, but don’t know where at this point. Given the unemployment rate of actors I may well be looking at a dizzying career in retail…Won the Sydney Morning Herald Young Writer of the Year competition in 2004. My dad, who was there as the announcement leant over and whispered: “Remember Rox, no one likes a smart-arse…” The first thing I said back was to my dad when my name was read out was “Oh god, I hope I have no food in my braces…” Was invited to read at the Primavara, MCA. Sydney 2004. Invited participant at This is Not Art Festival, 2004. Survived a live radio interview with Alan Jones. What else do you want to know? I’ve been a vegetarian since birth. I work weekends at a Base Warehouse store in Salamander shopping centre (And people say I don’t know how to have fun…) My mum is an art teacher. My dad is banana. My brother is a cheesecake. But hey, stay tuned for more I’m only seventeen.
